Is Putin safe from international law difficulties, since the US is arming Ukraine?

@Changeisgonnacome Feel free to link me any reference, where it's stated that it's illegal sending weaponry to the defenders of a sovereign nation being illegally occupied.

@Elessar the Geneva Convention of 1949 is real and applies to the US, even if I refuse to give you a link.

@Elessar the law of armed conflict does outlaw arming a war without any attempt to negotiate peace. It's not legal to just go to war.
