Can someone get arrested if they are harassing me from another state?

@Angeliclove you can file a report and have it documented but if you can't prove the person is harassing you it is pointless. A person can't be prosecuted based on words without physical evidence

@Souls the text are from different numbers so it’s hard to proof exactly who it is sadly. But he person calls and never says nothing just music playing and in the background I think it’s my boyfriends ex. But she is in another state:
