My neighbor ripped up my sons autographed Debby Ryan photo. Can I sue?

My neighbor came to see our newly renovated second floor and bedrooms. He went in my sons room, and saw his autographed photo of Debby Ryan from when we saw her at a music fest. He said “Hollywood is a bunch of BS” and he just ripped it up. Since that’s very special to my son, and trust me, was very hard for us to get. Can I sue?
