CAN'T SLEEP? Here's what you do...
Turn on your TV.
Look for the 'Sleep Timer'. It will be on your remote or as a selection in your TV menu. Set it for 2 hours.
Find a program that you like but not so much that it peaks your interest to keep you awake, instead maybe somewhat boring.
Turn the sound down to where you can hear it but can't quite make out what is being said
Lay comfortably on your side or back.
It won't be long and you will be snoozing away.

Well that was inspiring and interesting . My comment is that we have made sex dirty . Taboo etc. Bring back the 60's n 70's. Public fraternising and displays weren't looked on as a bad thing back then . (Bad not the correct word but can't think of the correct one).
