My therapist, who is with AASECT – the American Association for Sexuality Educators, Counselors & Therapists, says that my erotic writing about my past sexual experiences is a great form of therapy for me. She said that selective sharing with others I can trust, and all the general erotic writing that I do is therapeutic for me as a release and I should not try to repress it. She said that holding it all in is not psychologically healthy. I love sharing through my posts, memes, images and chats. Some things are very sensitive of course and can only be shared privately.
