Do you ever feel an extremely strong urge to write something, but can't find the right words?

I do a lot of writing and sometimes hit those brick walls. I usually take a long walk and try not to think about the best words to write. Strangely, it's when my mind is wandering as I walk that I am able to think of the solution to my writer's block.
