I call it 'pound sign,' but I'll accept 'number sign,' 'hashtag,' 'sharp symbol' and the others.

@HumanEarth it is the symbol for sharp in music. Thats more contextual....actually pound is for the phone. Sharp for music. And hashtag for new age sending to everyone bullshit. So three definitions really 🤔
