Their vs. there vs. they're

English is not my first language but I did my best to become as fluent as possible. And I find it strange and mildly annoying when so many native speakers are so careless with their spelling.
Their = belonging to them
There = answers the question "where?"
They're = they are.

And no, I'm not a grammar Nazi, but this is very basic!

And don't forget about "you're" and "your". I see that a lot!
Like you, I'm not a native speaker, but my English is better than many Americans and Brits I see here. Lol
