I make a type from veggies nd dried seafood and another from soy and othee Asian products.
It can go with tea if fried. But I like it alone as a snack while watching documentaries or a side dish with any meal really.
I can also makd a type from red lentils. It takes a day and it is awesome. Not stinky nor fermented though

@Miram ohhh a lentil variant sounds intriguing too, I love lentils in general; now you make me think essentially any legume could be turned into milk and/or curdled into tofu, these possibilities are fascinating
