how should you respond to those who type in 'street talk' online

i normally avoid anybody like that in real life, anyone who acts 'ghetto' or talks like they're from the street........but online how should you respond? those who don't have command of correct english grammar and spelling, who type things like '' not gonna lie tho''.

to me that is degenerate worthless street behaviour. should i just block 'anyone' like that?
