“drown someone” or “have someone drowned”?

Is it strange to say “I’m going to have you drowned.”?

I think “I’m going to drown you!” sounds better, but is “have someone drowned” also correct?

Doesn't it depend on whether you're going to do it by yourself or whether you're going to pay someone to do it ?

@BridgeOvertroubledWaters Right! So when I mean it’s someone else who’s gonna drown the person, “I will have you drowned” can be correct?
@Arukas3 sounds right
