we have a lady in our office that can't read cursive writing...no lie.

Im honestly amazed with anyone that responds to a message with more that three characters.

They're an endangered species. I'm doing my best to keep them from going extinct, but it's very lonely work.

Paragraphs are those LOOOOONG run on sentences with gaps between them right?

I have to use them for work. I thoroughly enjoy the rebellion of not using them here. 🤷‍♀️😂

Paragraphs are normal and expected in any sensible writing, by hand or typed, but some text-message systems do compress the messages, to save space, presumably.

I would not though, expect anything normal in Twitter / X after Elon Musk took it over and sacked most of its technical staff!

Run-on sentences without punctuation are becoming the norm too now, hell they don't even teach kids cursive handwriting in schools anymore, it's too hard, they say... 😖
