I would like to speak English fluently [I Am Not A Native English Speaker]

I am not native English speaker, but would like to reach that limit I can understand and express my self in a good way without mistakes.
If anyone has any advice specially I would like to study abroad.

If you can get someplace where there are many native English speakers, that's by far the best way to get it right.

@malizz there are a places for courses but I seek some way free and could get at home because going to the place of the course needs time and I don't have that much time.

@Owner91 I wasn't thinking of courses, but even if allowed I do appreciate that going to a country with many English speakers could be expensive. As regards time, it takes time to put in the work needed to master any foreign language.

@malizz that doesn't work, its not easy for Egyptians to get the visa for USA or UK easily.
The internet is the suitable place.

@Owner91 OK It is a well known route for language learners to tune into broadcasts (or films or internet sites) in the language they are learning. I've done it myself. You still need to put in the hours of work though.

@Owner91 Just as there as many variants of Arabic, so you need to think whether you want US English or UK English. I'm UK so the BBC World is suggested; I am not an expert on US Broadcasts but I know of CNN and Fox.
