Brits have an atrocious accent

It’s like they’re all trying to outposh each other.
Or they’re all scared of the queen. It’s pathetic!

If, as you say, "British" accents are so bad, why do you keep watching "British"shows and listening to "British" accents? Why put yourself through that "agony" ? Looks like the you re the one who's "mentally ill".

@jackieash I know this is difficult information to take but suck it up it’s for your own good.
@Ferise1 A kangaroo didn't jump on you when you were a kid, by any chance? Something must have caused that life-long trauma you're clearly suffering from

@jackieash it’s the effort put in the accent to sound posh. It’s sick.
Australians and Americans don’t put that much effort in our accent, we’re NORMAL.
@Ferise1 I don't have a posh accent and neither would I want one. I am from Carlisle in Cumbria and speak with a local accent. You've been listening to too much Jacob Rees Mogg. I agree he sounds abnormal. But then again, so are his opinions. Don't say all Brits talk like that. Coz we don't. Don't Aussies have accents? Someone from Sydney will have a different accent to that from someone from Adelaide?

@jackieash trust me, you’re posh. Sorry for hurting your feelings

@jackieash you must feel pretty stupid since l watch American shows… 🤭🤭
@Ferise1 You said to 200t00 : " I haved lived in Switzerland most of my life and watch British shows". You clearly don't know the difference between the two, then. Which British shows do you watch? Which American shows do you watch? And do you agree someone from Sydney has a different accent to someone from Adelaide?
