I’m not sure if many realise not everyone understands abbreviations used for speech?

I’m not a native English speaker and so such nuances are often difficult to understand for me. If you can’t be bothered to explain your words I won’t be able to understand them!

I have 5 kids from the ages 11-21. Not only is English my first language, it’s my only language. I don’t know what my kids say to me in text sometimes. I use google to translate and even that’s not always accurate
