We live in a world where genders are becoming irrelevant even for humans, and then we have the French language that defines genders for everything!

It's a beautiful language, but at the same time, it's unnecessarily annoying with all those stupid genders.

For example, if you want to say, "That shirt is white", first you have to see if the word "shirt" is male or female and then use the correct version of white for it. (blanc if it's male and blanche if it's female)

Just why? 😢

@LookingForTheSummer I think it's a Latin thing because Spanish & Portuguese are the same. The sofa is a female but the couch is a male. I mean it's basically the same shit
