Considering the attacks lately, why the resurgence of anti-Semitism?

It's cool to hate Jews ...

The country is surrounding Israel always hated those whosoever call themselves Israelites. Every since the Israelites, then considered Hebrews, took the land from the Canaanites. They have fought for a few thousand years trying to hold on to that land all the surrounding Nations. They have been occupied, scattered to other lands, lost control, a few times throughout history but they always seem to regain that portion of land. That should say a lot about the prophecies of the Bible concerning Israel and that land.

As I see it a fundamental point is to distinguish criticism of the actions of the Jewish State from anti-semitism.

Boils down to ignorance and hate. It's been that way for thousands of years and people today aren't that much different from the people of the past. Any event can be used as an excuse to attack the Jews

Because of what’s going on between Israel and Hamas. It’s being used as an excuse to attack the Jewish community.

I really don't know. Stupidity is the only answer I can find.

it's very similar to the Holocaust when the Jew hate went out of control and the Jew haters emerged amongst Europeans.

The same reason people hate any group of people they perceive as "different" from themselves…fear and ignorance. 🥺

Antisemitics like the American evangelicals are pro Israel but against Jewish people because they need Israel to exist as a prophecy to usher in their apocalypse. But they hate the Jews as a people. They still blame them for killing "god".
