The Aztec religion requires human sacrifice, so does that mean that all states should legalize murder? This is a poor argument. I personally support abortion but there is nothing in the constitution guaranteeing the right to abortion, so it should be left up to the states.

@fschmidt But the Constitution does guarantee freedom of religion, which is my main point. It's not an argument but a fact. Courts may act and rule as they see fit.

there are what amounts to instructions on how to perform an abortion in the first testament. people act like this modern moral dilemma wasn't sussed out thousands of years ago.
