Possibly- for those of the Jewish faith. It would be like natives being alone in tax free tobacco.

@RedBaron I doubt that. An exception might be made for Jews, or they might be sent out of state.

@SW-User Wrong. Discrimination on the basis of religion is unconstitutional. If Jewish women can have abortions, members of other religions can't be excluded from the same rights. It's called equal protection under the law. It's the same reason marriage cannot be restricted to heterosexual couples.

@RedBaron Another example: police of Sikh persuasion being allowed to wear long hair, a turban and ceremonial knife. Other police are not given this privilege.
