Palestinians Propose Taking Ownership of Mar-a-Lago

A spokesman for the Palestinian people said on Wednesday that, though they had no intention of leaving the Gaza Strip, they would be “very interested” in taking control of the Mar-a-Lago Club in Palm Beach, Florida.

“Right now, Mar-a-Lago is a mess,” the spokesman said. “The only reason anyone is living there is because they have no other alternative.”

The spokesman said the Palestinians would begin rehabilitating the derelict property by “clearing out all of the stolen documents and returning them to their rightful owners.”

Additionally, the spokesman indicated, Mar-a-Lago would require “extensive fumigation,” adding, “If it’s like any other Trump property, it has a bedbug issue.”

@Thinkerbell It's a parody, professor. No Palestinians, spokesmen or otherwise, have proposed taking over Mar-a-Lago. It's a response to Trump's blindingly stupid remark about the U.S. "taking over" Gaza, whatever that means. Going by his facial expression, it looked like that surprised Bibi too.

Looking forward to American boys dying in Gaza? What's the plan to move out the people who live there now? Maybe we can move some of them to your neighborhood. If your orange lord and savior wants it, that's the least sacrifice you could make.

@Thinkerbell It's also elementary that forcibly removing two million people from Gaza so Trump can develop it is a terrible idea. Of course, he's not actually going to do it. Notice how these proposals come in quick succession, then nothing happens? First Canada will be the 51st state, then we will buy Greenland, then take back the Panama Canal, and now take over Gaza. And every pronouncement results in news and discussions. It's almost as if they're trying to distract us from President Musk decimating the federal workforce and looting the Treasury.
