Ramadan is about a month from now. Amazighs have a good number of christians, atheists...etc And many people including myself don't like

Social expectations and laws that prevent people from eating in public during Ramadan. Not just because some people get sick , women in their periods need hydration...etc but because it is forced. And the excuse for forcing it is childish.

There are always Kabyles who make it a point to drink in public to end these laws in some states. They end up with fines or years in jail.

I get to do it, not as a protest, because I am a woman and people choose to assume I am just on my period. I did have people report me couple of times but I have enough social leverage to be left alone. It goes nowhere.

Sadly that's not the case for everyone.

If there is a reason to party, I will party with my solid friend Miram, she knows who cool and not, I go with her and in the words of a song I shared "I don't care, I love it"
