Chapter 23 of the Quran 🌿🌿

This is called chapter “the believers “ in the Quran
[media=https://youtu.be/PV7HofmlvZk]

One verse from this chapter :
Al-Mu'minun - Verse 91

{
Allah has never had ˹any˺ offspring, nor is there any god besides Him. Otherwise, each god would have taken away what he created, and they would have tried to dominate one another. Glorified is Allah above what they claim!
}
How come you people dont practice what you preach. My god says we must not kill. you kill all the time and use religion to justify you actions
@nevergiveup
“ How come you people dont practice what you preach.”

Thank God many people still practice what they preach indeed. After all Muslims are almost 2 billion and growing when you are referring to a small minority.
As for those who don’t
God lectures them in the Quran as you are doing :
As-Saf - Verse 2

{
O believers! Why do you say what you do not do?
}
Al-Baqarah - Verse 44

{
Do you preach righteousness and fail to practice it yourselves, although you read the Scripture? Do you not understand?
}

“ My god says we must not kil”

My God also says don’t kill.
But
Just like there are laws in every country we still have people breaking those laws and going to prison.
Is it the fault of the law or the person who decided to break this law?

There are Muslims who kill
There are Christians who kill
There are Hindus who kill
Etc

There are Hindus who use their religion to justify their barbaric actions
There are Christians today and throughout History who use religion to justify their action
Etc…
Anyone can use anything to justify their evil
And turn honey into poison.

Az-Zumar - Verse 18
{
those who listen to what is said and follow the best of it.These are the ones ˹rightly˺ guided by Allah, and these are ˹truly˺ the people of reason.
}

Have a good day
@nevergiveup hello i am a atheist and you can not say that with a strait face.. almost all religions have had there time in violence.. The Crusades were a series of military campaigns fought mainly between Roman Catholic Europe and Muslims.
Manifest Destiny, a phrase coined in 1845, is the idea that the United States is destined—by God, its advocates believed—to expand its dominion and spread democracy and capitalism across the entire North American continent. alot of American Indians died.
The primary aim of jihad as warfare is not the conversion of non-Muslims to Islam by force, but rather the expansion and defense of the Islamic state.
on and on.. i do buddhism for a reason.. buddha was not a god just a man with a way of life.
The rejection of violence in society is recognized in Buddhism as a prerequisite for the spiritual progress of society's members, because violence brings pain to beings with similar feelings to oneself.
just my thought it does not matter what religion you for there are some who will always use it as a excuse ..mark

There are many gods. And they all love us in their own way.
@Ceinwyn
I don’t believe in that.
But :

Al-Kafirun - Verse 6
{
For you is your religion, and for me is my religion
}

So what does Aluminum 91 have to do with me?
@LordShadowfire
Does not necessarily have to do with you.
I only shared a verse from the chapter.
Have a good day 🌿
