I don't mind when people gift me the Holy Quran knowing I don't believe

What I don't get is why later they ask me if I read it yet?

Like it is going to be different than 13 other Qurans I have at home. 😂

The only time I read Quran is during Ramadan. Even then I can't finish 1/3 of it. My mom reads it everyday all year round and in Ramadan she can do it 7-8 times from cover to cover. When she asks me to read more in Ramadan trying to encourage me I ask her to dedicate one of her many khatmas to my soul 😝
