HumanEarth imagine your actually received contact from your Creator. He actually cares. He created you and you matter and this life is a great test of your personal acceptance of ultimate truth when you recognize it (that He's actually real and it's the most important of all, and only One worthy of true, full appreciation, obedience, and worship for all the wonderful world your see around you, including you) and you've been created to worship Him while you're empowered with limited knowledge, power, and free will of your own. (Worship meaning just make this world how is Creator wants it done He made it and created in it lots of precious things and made them beautiful)
He sent a message and has been sending a long line of messengers to mankind every time they go astray
And Islam is the truth because previous scriptures have been corrupted by selfish people who do not want God and like to not be alone in their sadness and deviance. So it's just another messenger sent again with the message being the Qur'an. Direct, uncorrupted, perfectly preserved verbatim words from God to you directly. That's Islam. The 1-1, pure, direct connection with the One who made you, surpassing your ego and desires to appreciate, submit to, and connect with the Best and most Powerful and most Kind :)
