I would never justify anything with a minor. It is completely wrong.
Some fundamentalist clerics do want to push it. Most Muslims are against it though.

Sadly, this is common in all Abrahamic religions. Mary was a minor when God purportedly impregnated her.
Further, there is the biblical rape of a three year old girl in the Old Testament.
