I'm obviously not Muslim, but I understand Eid Mubarak to mean blessed festival. Selamat Hari Raya is also a new phrase to me, but I wish the best to those who do celebrate Eid as I do to all good people in the world.

@DragonFruit Selamat Hari Raya is the traditional greeting given in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia to Muslims celebrating. Right now the occasion is Hari Raya Hajji or Eid-al Adha, it marks if I remember correctly the start or the end of the pilgrimage to Mecca period
