Reconnecting with Islam after marriage

Assalamu Alaikum, I’m new here!
I was born in London into Islam as my heritage is from an Islamic country.
However due to the culture of the country I’m in, I (shamefully) became very influenced by the world around me and Ive committed acts I definitely shouldn’t have.
I have met the love of my life and I’m ready to settle down and get married.
Now that I am settling down into a stable life, I really seek forgiveness from Allah and I’m dying to reconnect with my religion but I’m really not sure where to start!
I will be taking a traditional female role in my marriage as I plan to have children and nurture them at home. What else can I do to reconnect with the role of a Muslim woman?
Thanks in advance!

you would probably have more luck on an islamic discussion forum, similar worlds sn a very unholy place where people might discuss very nasty subjects like sexual fetishes, vulgar nonsense, insult each other. this is one of the reasons its anonimous. you are totally welcome to stay but I think you should flea from this place , it will definitely corrupt your soul.

@israelwins that's a hole other question, I tend to think all abrahamic religions are toxic as fuck.
