Lo and Behold and blow me down
30 minutes after sending the Hairy Mary Caterpillar to it's doom, (see my previous post) there is another Hairy Mary Caterpillar on the same light pole.
This time I leave it alone so as to not inflict the Gusman curse on said Caterpillar.
The Caterpillar leaves the pole and begins a trek across the grass to yonder Marri tree.
The tree is about 30 meters away and Gusman stands guard so as to keep those pesky, peckish Magpies away.
The 30 meter journey took 45 minutes with Gusman constantly shooing away those gluttinous Magpies.
The Hairy Mary reached the tree and started the daunting climb to the leaf canopy.
Whilst Gusman was standing watch over the Hairy Mary, my attention was not on my cooler bag which had today's snacks.
As I look over to my cooler bag there is a small dog with it's leg raised, marking my Cooler Bag. 🥺
Karma I guess for interfering with the first Hairy Mary and costing it it's life.
