Kill it or not?

Poor little black ant in my bathroom has been in same position for a day now...i tried to prod it, and it moved around a bit, but went back to a resting, still position. I cant tell if it has an injured leg or not. I HATE killing insects I feel so bad. But it might be in pain or suffering. I know this is weird making a post about an ant lol but, would you kill it or leave it? 🥺🐜😔

I kill ants since I have had horrible invasions in the past.

Once long ago I went to pour a bowl of raisin bran and the bag had a few ants crawling around inside the bag!

If it is another bug, I will try to get it to crawl on a tissue then I toss it outside.
