Hornet - HEEELLLLPPP HEEEEELLLLPPPP! I can't escape! WWWAAAHHHH!
Scorpion - Hmm, think I will have hornet for dinner.

Around 11 seconds we see the scorpion rubbing it's claws like someone sharpening a butcher knife

Hornet - Get! Go away! Keep your claws off me!
Scorpion - Tough little bugger. Better eat it while it is still alive, I don't want my dinner getting cold.
Hornet - Oh God, doesn't anyone care? Please help me!
Scorpion - Tired of this thing whining, better remove it's head.

(later) Well, that was a good dinner, I am off to watch the game, I will let the missus clean up the mess.

I am pretty simple, I see hornets suffering and I am entertained.

What can we learn from this video? That every species has the same habit - the males always expect a female to clean up after him.

@CestManan Is that a Japanese giant hornet the scorpion is torturing? I love it!

I would not say he is "torturing" the hornet. He is just enjoying a hearty dinner.

@CestManan What is torture to the hornet, is a pleasant meal for the scorpion. 😆

@LordShadowfire Well I mean hornets deserve it, they are basically the most despicable non-human creatures out there.

The ONLY redeeming factor about them is at least they do not typically try to live indoors with us.

@CestManan True. I had a pet scorpion for a while. Not an emperor, though, and a black widow killed her.

@LordShadowfire I wouldn't think a black widow could kill a scorpion. I know widows are very venomous but also smaller than most scorpions.

I am no expert on them though

@CestManan I don't know. All I know is she died, and there was a black widow in her cage. Also she wasn't allowed in the house, so she had to live in the garage in my gaming room. Maybe it wasn't the widow that killed her, but I don't know what else it would have been.
