Honestly, the best use of your time just depends on what time of day it is. If you're on the clock, focus on work. If it's your downtime, focus on relaxing. There's really no one-size-fits-all answer here. You can keep it simple if you like or stress over making it special, it’s purely a personal choice.

I think we’re too obsessed with being productive. Sometimes the best use of your time is doing absolutely nothing and enjoying it. Not every minute needs to be spent achieving something. We’re allowed to just exist without turning it into a personal development project.
