I Met Someone Online Who Is Important to Me
I've met a lot of nice people online. And a lot of not-so-nice people. And I've also learned that for the most part you need to take online "relationships," whether it be as friends or as more, somewhat lightly because you never know when someone will decide to just stop talking to you. And even if they don't, you never know if you'll actually meet that person. Chance are, probably not if they live a long ways away.
However, that doesn't mean I don't trust all people I meet online. There are some people I have met online that I can't imagine my life without. Even if I never physically met them, they mean a lot to me. They have really proven to be great friends, and I'm so glad I met them.
I can think of one person who I met online who has really changed my life forever. This person has made me happy more times than I can count. They always support me and help me no matter what it is I'm going through. All the positive support and compliments from them have really changed not only the way I view myself, but how I view life. I'm pretty sure if you read this, you'll know who you are. And I just wanna say that this person is one of the greatest things that has ever happened to me. I'm very blessed to have them in my life and I hope they stay there for a really long time.
I guess that may seem hypocritical considering the first half of this, but oh well. All I mean is be careful who you trust, cuz people aren't always who you think. :)
