Thoughts that have to go somewhere

I love her but I'm not in love with her. I don't know if that's just semantics, but she's amazing and I really like her but it's still early days yet so no depth of feeling has really had a chance to develop.

Someone I'd be better off without is my mother. Asking literally anything, or answering a question she asked me earns a tirade about how useless and lazy I am. But I have nowhere to go so I'm stuck here until I can save enough to leave.
