Does no one actually read their emails? Feels like everyone is just skimmers

It gets really old getting asked the same question that's already been answered 10 times in an email.

No they don't. Their attentions spans don't allow it.

I have found the use of bullet points and extreme brevity helps.

Once I actually put something in large bold font highlighted in yellow and my boss at the time still asked me.
