If it was the last email from a now dead relative then I might keep it. If it was a romantic interest it's gone as soon as they are.

If it's been this long, you might try sending it to chatgpt and have a voice chat about it. It's free and sometimes it'll offer suggestions to resolve lingering feelings.

Same. I removed all of the pics of her or reminders of her, but there are so many reminders. I'm still waiting for closure before I block her and delete everything.
