I Dumped Cox Cable & Internet Like A Hot Turd On Monday….

They had been setting limits on internet useage and charging more for going over. Then heard it had been bought out by a Comcast Company. A representative from Cox called this morning. Asked if there was anything they could do to win me back. I told him I would never, ever, ever go back to Cox and heard that it had been bought out by Comcast. His reply was “I just work here”. Told him “Well it sucks to be you then” and hung up. 😂 Imagine trying to get a long-time customer back after they’ve been pissed off and doing that job all day long. It does suck to be him.

I got a local company based here in my city. It is fiber and they have excellent customer service. Unlimited internet use without overage charges too and faster connections.
