Sometimes I think the reason we have so many social media platforms is because

We don't have a community.. we are quite alone human beings... Naah that's pessimism but true.
I wanted to share something vulnerable but then I came here and I didn't want to because well I don't know how it would be received if it would be received.

I think you're right about the reason why many people use social media. It doesn't really work for me, though. Even though I've been here for 10 yrs, I feel increasingly alone on this site. My connections with people in real life are much better at this point.

Go ahead and risk it, post whatever you have in mind. You can always delete the post if you're unhappy with its reception.

@Rutterman I think that is what I am talking about. Deleting it . Can we ever delete a conversation with a live human being? Whom we have connected to? We can't because it's a shared experience. Not a echo in the dark mountain. Just lost .
