Windows 10 is due to have security and patches finish in October.

That means your current computer will become increasingly susceptible to all of the nastiest from the internet. No antivirus will be able to sufficiently protect you.

If your computer can install Windows 11, do it.

Sadly some computers cannot and you may be up for a new one.

If your computer isn't compatible with Windows 11 and you do not do anything that literally depends on running Windows, you should very, very seriously consider Googling to learn how to install Linux Mint on your computer before just going to throw away a computer and buying a new one just to bend over for Microsoft every time they release a new Windows version that is no longer compatible with existing computers ... those computers will still run Linux just fine, and Linux won't require you to create some stupid Microsoft online account you don't have need for ... Microsoft is just getting too damned invasive in people's lives and unnecessarily creating e-waste

@BlueGreenGrey Windows 10 is 10 years old. I'm not sure learning a new operating system and setting up its security parameters is as easy as changing a computer.

As far as being invasive, tell me what US technology company is not invasive and data-mining.
