can you not download media now like you once could

long time ago on the internet you could download films and music, mp3s, mp4, remember limewire and piratebay?

well you don't hear of anyone talking about downloading media now... has it all stopped?

Everything is monetized. They are still making money off works created in 60s and 70s. Music platforms keep a huge chunk of that share. They are the ones who have made all these rules and laws around piracy to keep the money flowing.
