Amazon "support" is useless

Started the return process and got in touch with the seller and they requested photos. It bounces with the Amazon message service because apparently 2 photos under 1 MB each exceeds a 10 MB message limit. What a joke.

@jehova I got both down to 500KBs each and it still gave me an error that it exceeds 10MBs. The app is broken. Either it is reporting the size of the files wrong or it is so broken the included 4 lines of text somehow take up 9MBs. lol

@jehova Thanks. I actually managed to get a text chat with a real human today. They said they would contact the seller on my behalf so hopefully that does something.
