That happened to me the other day, sort of. The internet itself wasn't out, but my laptop kept locking me inside my apps and I couldn't exit, and the whole damn thing slowed down to a horrible crawl of not loading. It took 24 hours, a cleanse, and a deep scan, and a reboot...which is actually what I DID when I couldn't get online. 😢😢😢
