Is SW blocked in Dubai?
Chatting with someone they told me this site would not load in Dubai caz it's blocked anyone can confirm? How do you check which site is blocked there from here?

In our side, there's nothing preventing users from accessing SW in Dubai.
I've just tried accessing SW through a VPN in Dubai and it worked. Although I'm not sure that's the best way to test this issue, as it might not go through the same routes, or if it depends on the ISP.
Do you know what is the Internet Provider of that person?

I used to talk to someone in Dubai some years ago. Unless things have changed since, I don't think it's blocked there.
