I bet you are great in person.

But, if "they" did this, "they" trust and believe in you...so maybe you need to put a little faith in how "they" see you, and be willing to see yourself as "they" do: competent, trustworthy, and just thr woman to be the first contact with the restaurant staff.

Be willing to see yourself as others see you, IF it's good.
