Been having service provider problems.

Who ever heard of service provider not being able to take payments over either the phone or over the Internet? 🤷🏻‍♂️😒

Is that by normal policy or a temporary fault?

I pay for my broadband service by direct-debit. My portable 'phone is PAYG.

@ArishMell thing is this was a call back employee as well. The first person I talked to informed me of a call back. And that person that called back was very rude about it. Refusing to give any time period. Just that he will call me back.

@ArishMell oh I threatened to switch providers after they refused to give me any kind of time period. This whole process has been going on since Dec 23rd!

All he said was: "sorry to hear that"! 🤷🏻‍♂️

Note the website still doesn't have card service since then as well! Keeps on saying something has gone wrong. Not what has gone wrong.

@DeWayfarer i switch to spectrum. I got three lines plus cable and internet unlimited up to 30 devices I can add for 125$

@Lilnonames this will be free for me when I finally get approved. Unlimited cellphone calls, texts and even unlimited data. With hotspot even.

This is because of a number of things. Like me being on SSI, a vet and other things.
