Use the word Nimbus every time 😂😂😂😂🙂
MissTaken · 36-40, F
@Nimbus Sorry but I don’t know who you are 😂😂🙂
nedkelly · 61-69, M
@MissTaken don’t worry as some days he forgets who he is as well
MissTaken · 36-40, F
@nedkelly Yes I know Ned 🙂🙂

AbbeyRhode · F
I couldn't possibly remember them all. I use my online security thingy to store them.
Nimbus · M
@AbbeyRhode Not personally but someone who did.
AbbeyRhode · F
@Nimbus Really? You can't trust anything any more. Maybe I should get a notebook.
Nimbus · M
@AbbeyRhode POssibly. 😆
4meAndyou · F
I allow Google to remember some of them for me. Not the bank, obviously.

For the rest of them, I have a small address book which I use just for passwords.
Nimbus · M
@4meAndyou Very popular.
lol, I have an A - Z book too but over time that has become a mess with updates etc.
4meAndyou · F
@Nimbus Time to copy it and throw the old one out when it gets that full.

Do what everyone else did prior to password managers... Write them down
Nimbus · M
nedkelly · 61-69, M
Password 1234! - never fails to work
Nimbus · M
@nedkelly For a Scouser to break into it?
kodiac · 22-25, M
Make them the word incorrect . Then if you foget the password you can type any random word and it will tell you your password is incorrect.
Nimbus · M
@kodiac 👍
caPnAhab · 26-30, M
Write them in a note book. But I have to remember and find which of my dozens of notebooks I wrote them in
Nimbus · M
@caPnAhab 👍
Lostpoet · M
I use the same password for everything
deadteddy · 26-30, F
Always use 1234 ofc 😌
Nimbus · M
@deadteddy Easy to remember :)
Raaii · 22-25, F
[c=BF0000]as a fool like me does put the same password for everything and keep it common like for example the name, fav number ms[/c]
Nimbus · M
@Raaii Good luck with that :)
@Raaii That's got "steal my identity and take what you want" written all over it. If a hacker gets a hold of your password, you may as well move to the moon.
Raaii · 22-25, F
@PhoenixPhail [c=BF0000]yes you're right [/c]
Use

Yourpasswordisincorrect

You’ll get reminded.

How can you "remember" them all? Is that even possible?

Why don't you want to use a password manager? Are you concerned about the security of them? You could always go old school and write them all down in a notebook.

Update- this is slightly similar to pw managers but you could use a word doc to save them. Save them under a code name only you would know.

For example save the file name as something that doesn't scream out "passwords".

Instead of writing actual websites, come up with code names.

For example instead of writing "similar worlds" (password)

Try "sw" (password)

Or "The world is flat" (password)

"World" would be your reminder that the password is for sw.

You can also use random phases such as Ashley's world (password) etc.

Be creative. The code method is helpful in case your computer is ever compromised. The digital method opposed to the old school notebook way is helpful for updates

Password sensitive websites always say the same thing when selecting your password.

For my two-cents, try using as few letters and numbers as possible.
Everybody uses letters and numbers.
So the more obscure you make it the more memorable it should be to you and most unlikely to be hacked.

U!wdv$ etc.
Nimbus · M
@Picklebobble2 Good point!
I click on reset password option.
Nimbus · M
DemureDeb · 56-60, F
I write them in a notebook

@DemureDeb 👍
Nitedoc · 51-55, M

Nimbus · M
@Nitedoc 👍
eMortal · M
Create a schema.
Like some few letters from the name of the site, pets name, favorite place + special characters
Notice websites will be different each time, so you’ll always have a unique password.
Nimbus · M
@eMortal 👍
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
Include something a Joe Biden in them.
Nimbus · M
@cherokeepatti And then foget it ;)
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@Nimbus If you make it salty enough you can remember 😂
Nimbus · M
Penny · 46-50, F
