Not necessarily. Ask if you have a permanent IP address. Then yes. Most are not permanent. Permanent IP addresses usually are done on computers that don't move around.

Especially if you are not extremely diligent on logging out. Most likely have this page filled with different IP addresses of their own.

@lpthehermit I have mentioned that to the admin a few times. It goes by known lookup tables so the admin mentioned. None of that is under their control so they said.
