I wrecked my car on my dad's birthday last June. He wasn't happy. Then, he had serious back surgery recently. It was really hard for him...

Then, he got better. So, he apparently drove to my house on his motorcycle to inquire about the damage on my car from the accident last June. He slipped on the leaves in my driveway. He broke his foot and was unable to do much for quite some time. He called me today to tell me he has a herniated disc in his back from the fall, but the doctor is unwilling to do surgery due to his recent surgery. All this happened, because he fell on my leaves.

Then, the Doordash person delivered my stuff today and was out of breath. She said, "I just fell in your driveway." I don't really understand how she fell. There weren't any leaves...

Anyway, i just feel bad that my Dad fell, because he was coming to see if he could help me. I know that's what he was doing. He never even called to let me know he was here or fell. He broke his foot and now he has a bad back again????????

@ProfessorPlum77 yeah. As soon as they "fixed it", they broke it again.

It can be very sad.

@swirlie I don't think that's my point. Thanks for the information though.
