One thing he could do of value though, is root out and permanently ban the "disaster trolls" who stalk the injured victims or the bereaved, of disasters and atrocities; calling them liars, making money out of their suffering. Not only despicable themselves but they gather around them fan-clubs of equally-
cowardly bullies joining the abuse and stalking.
You've had that appalling Alex Jones in the USA, though on some radio or TV show. We've now something of a copycat called, or at least using the name, Richard Harris, in Britain, doing much the same mainly on-line to the victims of the Manchester Arena bombing in 2017, of the audience leaving at the end of Ariana Grande's concert. He's even been revealed as planting a hidden camera to spy on one girl, 14 at the time the bomb gave her horrific head injuries and disabled her father. Why? To make money from them by collecting enough guttersnipe, pig-ignorant fans to sell them his literature and merchandise pushing his cruel lies.
It's time the social-media companies and ISPs started to show some morality and courage and not only remove the offensive posts, but also their accounts and future access, for life, circulating their identities to their co-companies and rivals alike; and if an offence such as incitement to violence has been committed, to the Police.
I know in many cases it might only be possible to identify the source computer or 'phone; but that should be enough; but if it is not the sender's own instrument, it would be for the owner to track down and deal with the perpetrator.
