I want to send a bill for internet to the electric company, every time they turn off the power the internet goes too.

I don't purchase it from them, but they deny me access. I have the power part covered, I want my internet to work!!!

I know a guy that sent his doctor a bill for having to wait with an appointment, didnt get paid but got his point across.
