@spjennifer Yes its back now. I think rogers is the biggest internet provider in Canada.

@JimboSaturn Friends who are now back online told me that debit transactions were offline for most of the day and stores were pretty much empty too, guess many don't carry cash in their pockets much anymore...

@JimboSaturn Different companies managing the transactions, maybe credit cards processing is done by a company or companies not on Rogers' network???
